Jackson's Kitchen was one of our easiest vendors to work with. Mike Barrett was attentive to our ideas and made excellent recommendations based on past experiences. Mike and his staff were the nicest to work with. If you are looking for a southern cooked style meal for your wedding, look no further than this catering company. They do an excellent job catering to you and your guests. Our guests have had said nothing but great things about the food, the service and the bartending. We had the parmesan crusted chicken, baked honey ham, and pecan crusted dijon salmon with roasted mixed potatoes, southern green beans and corn, homemade Mac and cheese and of course, Jackson's famous sourdough bread! We made an excellent choice with these selections because I have never heard so many compliments from our guests about how great the food was and how it was some of the best food they've had at at wedding. Mike suggested their homemade hot apple crisp and homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert, and we are so happy that we agreed to do that! It was the best apple crisp and ice cream we have ever had and went over well with all of our guests! Thank you Jackson's for everything.
